At Ace21 Sdn. Bhd., our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

1. Processing Time:
   • All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
   • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:
   • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
   • Estimated delivery time is 3-7 business days for domestic shipments and 10-15 business days for international shipments.
   • Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:
   • You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes:
   • Ace21 Sdn. Bhd. is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
5. Damages:
   • Ace21 Sdn. Bhd. is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
   • Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
6. Returns Policy:
   • Our Return & Refund Policy provides detailed information about options and procedures for returning your order.
7. International Shipping:
   • We currently offer international shipping to select countries. Please note that certain restrictions may apply to specific countries.
   • Customers are responsible for ensuring the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country.
